- This might be a task that you’ll want help with if you feel uncomfortable. There’s no “roll-back” feature but it’s easy enough to fix any problems.
- Go to Appearance (left WP nav) > Menus
- Select the Menu to edit at the top. Top Nav is the main navigation.
- Click a menu item down arrow and you’ll get details about the item. At the bottom is Remove.
- After Removing click Save Menu at bottom left.
- Menu items can be added if they were removed or for a new page. Use the Pages menu area on left to locate the page and click Add to Menu.
- The newly added page menu item will need to be dragged into place in the menu structure.
- If it’s a sub-menu item drag it to the right of the main menu item underneath it.
- Click Save Menu on bottom right.
- Some pages have right navigation that will need to be updated. See editing reusable blocks below.
Mobile Navigation
To change the navigation for the mobile version of the PSO website, follow these steps:
- The mobile website menu is controlled within the Top Nav menu area. There’s no longer a separate menu for the mobile nav.
- Menu items can be removed from the navigation by clicking the Mega Menu button that appears on hover over any menu item. A number of options will appear after clicking the Mega Menu button.
Other Nav Areas
There are options for other menus such as Above Topnav, About and Give (on PSO)
- Choose one of the other menus and edit in the same way as noted above.
