Change user role after writer leaves position

If a staff member leaves their position, their user type gets set to “Contributor”. This removes their title and contact details but keeps their name listed with stories, and keeps their Author page.

  • Log into WordPress Admin.
  • Go to Users on left.
  • Choose User that has left.
  • Set their Role to Contributor
